I have been into strategy guides ever since the first Legend of Zelda game, where I was the one creating my own maps and notes for a friend while she played. Since then, I have always had a thing for strategy guides, whether I use them to play the games or not. I love the maps. I love the artwork. I love the appendices for those times when I just have no interest in neverending hunting for some random item. I would love to be a part of a strategy guide writing team someday, but until then, I'll just blog about them in hopes that I can contribute to a small part in promoting quality guide writing.
